1. How do I commission a bespoke item?
You can reach us in any of the following ways to start a conversation on bespoke items. If you would like to commission a bespoke pawtrait, please send us a few images of your furkid.

There will be a SGD 10 bespoke fee charge on top of the price of the item. The bespoke fee is the fee to carry out a bespoke order designed and customized just for you. We require a 50% deposit for all bespoke items.
2. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards and bank transfers via PayNow (preferred). All sales and transactions are final. We cannot remove, cancel or change any item from your order.
3. Why do the 2 sides of my earrings not look identical?
Our earrings are all handmade, hence they might have some irregularities and may not look exactly the same even though we strive to achieve as much symmetry and perfection as we can. Also, you might have ordered one of our asymmetrical designs. :)
4. I love your earrings, but I do not have ear piercings, so what options do I have?
We would be happy to change earrings to a clip-on style free of charge, provided the design allows for it. Do contact us to enquire before you place the order.
5. Can you send my gift out directly to my friend as a gift?
Yes we can! Just indicate your friend's name and address in the shipping address fields and indicate that it is a gift in the comments field on the checkout page.
6. Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Yes we do. You can opt for a cardboard giftbox or a velvet giftbox, which will be tied up with ribbon. Some pieces are not suitable for the velvet giftbox so do check with us before adding to your cart.
